• Being the primary point of contact with designated local key accounts.
• Liaising with network offices to acquire nominated businesses.
• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
• Frequently visiting, meeting potential/existing customers.
• Handling quote requests and requesting approval from manager in charge of account.
• Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
• Creating suitable quotes, and process purchase orders.
• Liaising with other internal departments whenever needed.
• Providing weekly/bi-weekly pipeline report to direct manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Vietnamese mother tongue with good command of English language.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good in communication, consultation and negotiation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently or in group under high pressure.
• Experiences in import and export, freight forwarding or shipping lines.
