Field Sales Executive (Lương Cứng: 10 - 20 Triệu/tháng + Commission)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in local logistics services.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, and project cargo.
o Promote and sell international freight services (ocean and air) to complement the company's offerings.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Understand customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
o Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase the company's services.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
3. Market Analysis:
o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
o Provide feedback and recommendations to management on market conditions and customer needs.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with internal teams, including operations, pricing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
o Coordinate with trucking partners, customs brokers, warehouse operators, and international freight service providers to meet customer requirements.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry.
o Proven track record in trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, and project cargo.
o Experience in selling international freight services (ocean and air) is a plus.
• Skills:
o Strong negotiation and communication skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Other Requirements:
o Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
o Proficiency in English; ability to use Chinese is a plus.

7. Working hours are from 8:30 to 17:30, Mon – Fri
8. Tea Break twice a week, monthly birthday lunch.
Work location:
- HCM: 14th Floor, Ree Tower, 09 Doan Van Bo, Xom Chieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam
- HPH: 3rd Floor, Madelise Tower, Lot 3C Le Hong Phong Street, Dong Khe Ward, Ngo Quyen District
**Candidates can choose to work at either Ho Chi Minh City or Hai Phong City office, depending on their application location.
