Field Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Able to perform routine preventative maintenance within established timeframes.

-Applies diagnostic techniques and use of documentation and test equipment with assistance from senior engineers.

-Uses knowledge management systems. Follows all IP guidelines.

-Assumes responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within work area.

-Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

• At least 2 years direct experience with OEM semiconductor equipment or equivalent.

• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English. And Japanese speaking if possible.

• Requires current passport and had US visa. Or traveled oversea more than once (such as Europe, Korea or Japan,...)

• Must be willing and able to travel for extended periods of time. (> 1yr deployment.)

• Working behavior: Friendly and warmly to colleagues; Do exactly missions/ jobs assigned by leader.

• Strong communication - Able to communicate effectively to all levels of the division, with the various inter-divisional engineering groups, customers, vendors and cultures.
