We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and technical service of Koh Young 3D inspection systems at customer sites.
You will be responsible for system setup (hardware & software), technical troubleshooting, customer training, and ongoing system support. This role requires direct communication with customers and collaboration with internal teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
The position involves both on-site work at customer facilities and remote support, depending on the issue.

Basic Requirements
University or college degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics
Good English communication (spoken and written)
Solid knowledge of electrical and electronic components
Strong PC skills, including hardware, software, and basic networking
Responsible, honest, and committed to long-term employment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in SMT machine operation or support
Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams
Chinese language proficiency is an advantage (for communication with international customers)
Programming knowledge in C#, VB, JavaScript, or PHP is a plus
