Position Objectives: Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns that promote theatrical film releases and enhance audience engagement across digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities
1. Film Campaign Strategy & Execution
o Develop digital & social strategies tailored to each film’s genre and target audience.
o Execute campaigns across owned social, influencer, and community platforms.
o Align activities across teaser, launch, opening week, and sustain phases.
o Coordinate closely with marketing, PR, and distribution teams.
2. Owned Media – Social Media Management
o Manage film content across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and related platforms.
o Develop content pillars: story, cast, reviews, and interactive formats.
o Work with creative teams and vendors to adapt, localize and create digital materials (trailers, banners, short clips, key visuals, interactive content etc.) aligned with global campaigns and local market behavior.
o Build, execute and manage content calendars across owned digital platforms to build hype and sustain interest throughout the release cycle.
o Monitor audience response and adjust messaging in real time.
3. Influencer, KOL/KOC & PR Activation
o Plan and manage influencer strategies aligned with film positioning.
o Handle sourcing, briefing, coordination, and performance evaluation.
o Execute group seeding within movie and entertainment communities.
o Amplify press screenings, reviews, and early audience reactions.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
o Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics (CPM, CTR, CPV, engagement, conversions, etc.) using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, and others.
o Optimize campaigns in real time to ensure effective budget utilization and maximum box office impact.
o Work with media teams to amplify high-performing content.
o Deliver post-campaign insights and recommendations.
5. Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
o Coordinate closely with film studios, internal marketing and PR teams, and media agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned and approved.
o Work with influencers, cinema chains, and media partners for digital activations and promotions.
6. Innovation & Market Trends
o Stay informed on digital trends in the film and entertainment industry, audience behavior, and competitor activity.
o Proactively suggest new digital tactics to boost film awareness and audience engagement.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Digital Communications, or related field.
• At least 04 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the film, media, or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record managing paid digital campaigns for consumer-facing content.
• Strong understanding of theatrical marketing cycles and audience behaviour across genres.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Passion for film and an understanding of the theatrical landscape in Vietnam is highly preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during major film releases or premieres.
