Film Distribution Sales Manager (Temporary - 08 month)

1. Film Distribution and Sales Strategy

• Develop film distribution & sales strategy.

• Creating and implementing all theatrical release strategies.

• Negotiate with Hollywood & Local studios for Movie local release schedule.

• Forecast and manage budget for all costs of every titles release locally.

• Supervise and follow up with technical partners, studio members for film logistic in all necessary cinema items.

• Manage censorship procedures and secure timely approvals from relevant authorities.

• Negotiate with all cinemas for film distribution & sale terms.

2. Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to studio partners and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve data-related or operational issues.

• Enforce studio policies and maintain full transparency in revenue reporting and operational procedures.

• Willing to work in 08 months

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Media, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior role within Sales/Media/Film distribution/entertainment industry.

• Proven experience in theatrical release planning, sales negotiation, marketing coordination, and team management.

• Good knowledge of film industry trends, market regulations, and local distribution challenges.

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Strong reporting skills, sales & persuasion skills
