Film Distribution Supervisor

• Plan the annual line-up of film distribution.

• Develop distribution strategies for all film releases.

• Plan and negotiate with exhibitors for film.

• Review and select foreign films for release.

• Track and monitor release schedules of other studios.

• Handle distribution accounting.

• Manage DCP/KDM.

• Monitor and consolidate box office reports.

• Manage distribution-related contracts.

• Control and monitor the distribution budget.

• Manage international sales and distribution for local films.

• Handle ancillary sales and distribution for foreign films.

• Manage marketing materials for cinemas (e.g., posters, flyers, backdrops) and coordinate with cinemas for placements.

• Support the organization of premieres, screenings, and in-cinema events.

• Research the Vietnamese film market to gather insights and generate reports.

• Review film project development and provide evaluations.

• Over 5 years of working experience in film distribution, cinema/exhibition, or account servicing.

• Experience in film development, production, post-production, marketing, or censorship is a plus.

• Good knowledge of films, the entertainment industry, and multimedia platforms.

• Creative yet detail-oriented, with strong presentation skills.

• Proficient in using various distribution tools flexibly and effectively.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication and language skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Cheerful, sociable, and high team-spirited.

• Able to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours.

• The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of distribution experience within the entertainment industry; a film background is preferred.

• Confident in developing and executing strategies and liaising with exhibitors.

• Strong understanding of the digital landscape is an advantage.
