Finance & Accounting Manager, Public Bank Securities Vietnam Company Limited

The Finance & Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s finances and accounting initiatives. The FAM will implement and analyze financial budget and forecasts, monitor treasury accounting functions, as well as stockbroking accounts & billings. The Finance & Accounting Manager will be responsible for maintaining adequate financial reporting in accordance with government regulations, legal compliance in Vietnam, and ensuring alignment with the group’s policies.

• Manage a financial accounting team for execution of key financial procedures (e.g. bookkeeping, assets management, prudential indicator reports, …), preparation of internal financial statements;

• Tax and audit activities including coordination with corporate functions;

• Preparation of budget and strategic planning, monitoring of business performance (key financials and performance indicators);

• Manage a treasury accounting team for documentation: payment orders, loan drawdown, loan payment, time deposit documents, and other documents;

• Monitor loan repayment and manage bank accounts, maintain sufficient balance for settlement;

• Ensure compliance with the Group and local policies & procedures.

• University degree or higher in finance, auditing, accounting, business administration, or related fields;

• Qualified Accountant with 6+ years of experience working in finance, accounting and at least 3-5 years working experience in a similar position with a proven track record;

• Having chief accountant certificate, or ACCA, CPA certificates are advantages;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels;

• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;

• Strong literacy, for writing reports and presentations;

• Foreign language: Good command of spoken and written English;

• Candidate with experience at Securities, Banking, Fund Management Company is preferred.
