Mô Tả Công Việc

Finance tasks:
• Support day-to-day administration of financial entries, record the donation of the charity
• Support to do various reports, annual report (Audit report)
• Support to manage finance donation on multi channels of Newborns
Vietnam and ensuring that all income are supported by supporting documents regards to
the Accounts
• Keep track of various equipment contract payments including in kind, Credit Card
payments and other supplies and documentation with programme staff ensuring that all
expenses are fully supported by supporting documents
• Laise with Administration team to reconcile on flight tickets purchased by Credit Card to
the Account
• Support to various HR tasks (Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax) and other
administration tasks

• Support in logistic arrangement for Newborns training programmes and
fundraising/general office management
• Carry out administrative tasks and provide support to other staff teams as necessary.
• Manage petty cash for office expenses and project’s expenses
• Manage Letter In and Out and others administration
• Manage and maintain proper filling system for the Accounts and Donations and
Administrative (including soft and hard copies)
• Manage the scan of finance documents for the annual audits
• Other finance and administrative supports assigned by Finance manager
Adminstrative tasks:
• Support the preparation for training programmes and events
• Support the bi-lingual translation of publicity materials, brochures, programme documents,
press releases, application documents or as requested
• Manage the kit stock for events including the preparation, reconciliation before and after
events
• Troubleshoot daily operational and administrative problems and issues
• Perform other tasks as allocated by the Programme Executive

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Over 3-years experience in similar position.
• Must be fluent English speaking, with good verbal and written translation skills.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) suite, capability in
data base (Access, File Make Pro) and desktop publishing packages would be an
advantage.
• Must understand diplomacy, patient confidentiality, and be honest, patient, hard working,
enthusiastic and a good team player,
• Must have a “can do” attitude, be mature and flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic and a
good team player,
• Willing and able to travel
• Applications must be presented in English
