Job Description
- Ensuring timely and accurate measuring, and tracking to business stakeholders on the performance of the business against milestones, and targets.
- Ensuring the visibility and support for the business future growth decision processes.
- Ensure all systems are most suitable for business requirements, be reviewing market developments for latest offerings.
- Responsible to support the BOD through the development, and maintenance of all Financial Management Reporting to support business needs, through collaboration with stakeholders, and the continual improvement of:
* Daily Dashboards
* Weekly Reporting
* Monthly Reporting
* Quarterly Reporting
* Annual Reporting
* Ad Hoc Reporting
- Responsible for the collaboration of the development, refinement, and maintenance of stakeholder data sources to ensure Best Practice reporting, and prescriptive insights.
- Responsible for the development, refinement, and maintenance of data collection processes to ensure Best Practice.
- Ensure that all Financial Accounting (P&L, BS, Cash flow) are compliant, delivered in line with company requirements.
Job Requirements
• Over 10 years experiences in international company, property developer, Finance Industry;
• Strong capability/ experience with the use of Financial Business Intelligence (BI) Tools/ Financial Dashboards/ Business Reporting/ Financial Analytics/ Prescriptive analytics development/ Vietnam Accounting & Tax/ International Governance & Risk compliance systems;
• Strong presentation/ reporting skills.
