Finance Executive

JOB PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

- The Finance Executive will support group's financial operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting and ensuring financial health. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, developing financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing financial processes and providing financial insights for strategic decision-making.

- Key skills for this role include strong finance and accounting knowledge, financial modeling, regulatory understanding, and communication skills to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision support.

2. Reporting on financial and operational performance and reporting preparation for leader to review.

3. Analyze historical results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

4. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.

5. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

6. Develop 5-year and 10-year financial plans for partnership agreements.

7. Perform research on industry trends and market data, including the identification of comparable companies.

8. Liaise with clients / target management to understand business performance, their specific strategies and key valuation drivers.

9. Prepare well-structured financial models for our clients’ businesses.

10. Participate in business development efforts including assisting with the evaluation of new business opportunities and proposal preparation.

11. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Finance, Accounting/Auditing or related fields.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

• Strong research and financial analysis skills.

• High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication, “can do” attitude as well as a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.

• Demonstrated ability to identify issues and resolve problems.

• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Diligent working style.

• 3+ years relevant job experience.

• Candidates with experience in multi-entities groups or startups are highly preferred.
