Finance Lead

As a Finance lead, you will be key in supporting the Studio Manager with reporting and analysis for decision making and helping the organization in exceeding its goals.

• Month end financial closing for Statutory (Stat) book reporting.

• Lead the annual stat book audit with local CPA firm.

• Prepare Stat book financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance of financial policies and processes.

• Prepare and oversee tax filings for CIT, VAT, etc.

• Handle different tax inquiries, tax audit.

• Review and analyze monthly financials and key performance indicators to provide insights to different stakeholders.

• Lead the budgeting/rolling forecast timely, efficiently and effectively.

• Be a business partner to the Studios production team, other departments and mgmt.

• Development and implementation of best financial practices in the Studio.

• Perform variance analysis on monthly basis to generate reports for management.

• Prepare cashflow forecast, monitor and control disbursement.

• Oversee and manage fixed assets, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.

• Other ad hoc financial analysis tasks as requested.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance.

• Chief Accountant certification is required.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience; experience in the art outsourcing or creative industry is a plus.

• Solid MS Office skills especially in pivot table and spreadsheet modelling.

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 /Power BI is preferred.

• Prior experience in a multinational company as Finance Lead or Chief Accountant is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-powered accounting or financial automation tools is a plus.

• Good interpersonal skills and responsibility, ability to work in multicultural group.
