Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Reporting - Lead comprehensive reporting, analysis and projections of financials. Develop and enhance management information system to track business performance, identify trends, and proactively engage with function heads.

• Budgeting - Lead development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans and modeling tools to support leadership team with strategic decisions.

• Monitor the quality of financial and accounting operations within the company to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

• Manage work streams with all advisors (i.e. finance, tax, banking...);

• Conduct analysis and recommend the best tax strategies that align with business goals and identify areas of tax reductions and savings;

• Manage transfer pricing analysis and propose strategies to support intra-group transactions in compliance with local regulations.

• Manage working flow of treasury and procurement to ensure working efficiency and cost saving.

• Develop and document business processes and finance/accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

• Improve efficiency and reduce costs across various business units.

• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA/ ACCA/ CFA qualification will be an added advantage

• 4+ years’ relevant financial experience in positions that require analysis, reporting financial results, forecasting, budgeting and data interpretation of business impact and results

• A positive, "can–do" attitude & be willing to help out the business in any way possible

• Self-directed, takes ownership and recommends solutions

• Neat, clean, perfectionist, organized, a finisher of checklist, goal oriented and punctual
