Finance Manager

- Finance Strategy and Planning:

+ Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial objectives are achieved

+ Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic plans

Acting as a Business Partner to the Indonesia Managing Director, providing financial analysis to facilitate the optimal use of commercial resources and establish an optimal local group entity structure

- Financial Management

+ Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems

+ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations

+ Supervise investment activities and provide strategies for cash management

- Financial Reporting:

+ Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and statements to the Group Finance Manager, board of directors, and shareholders

+ Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making

- Risk Management:

+ Identify and mitigate financial risks

+ Implement policies and procedures to maintain financial discipline and control

- Leadership and Team Management:

+ Lead and manage the finance team, including accounting, treasury, audit and tax to ensure full compliance to the local statutory, financial and tax regulations

+ Develop and drive a continuous improvement and grow mindset

- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

+ Work closely with other senior executives and departments to support and drive company objectives

+ Engage with investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders

- Corporate Governance:

+ Ensure corporate governance compliance and adherence to ethical standards

+ Maintain relationships with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process including tax audits

- Education and Certifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required

+ Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance preferred

+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly desirable

- Experience

+ At least 10 years of financial management experience

+ Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management

+ Proven track record of managing complex financial operations and leading a finance team

- Skills and Competencies

+ Fluent English (in 4 skills)

+ Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

+ Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills

+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills

+ Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels

+ Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills

+ High integrity and ethical standards
