Finance Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, develop, implement, and control financial transactions to comply with local policies as well as tax laws and regulations

• Overall handle management company financial accounting and taxation process

• Ensure financial records are maintained timely and accurately; ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and reporting.

• Provide and interpret financial information

• Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends; effectively control budget and improve internal control process.

• Collaborate with the operation team to support overall department goals and objectives.

• Develop strong relationships and effectively communicate with external stakeholders including government, banks, and firms.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education Background:

• Solid education background in Finance/Accounting/Auditing in good reputable universities

• CPA is a plus

2. Experience:

• 5-8 years of proven working experience in the Finance and Accounting field in reputable corporates

• Big four working experience and finance experience in real estate companies are much preferred

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills

• In-depth understanding of business book-keeping procedures

• Solid knowledge of local tax/accounting regulations

• Solid experience dealing with tax departments, banks, and accounting firms

• Both excellent written/oral communication skills and strong presentation skills in English and Vietnamese

• Ability to work with all levels of a multi-faceted corporation independently within a short period
