Finance Manager

1. Responsible for all aspects of accounting, taxation, and finance, including day-to-day operations, treasury, tax planning, budgeting, etc.

2. Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements for the management team, company headquarters, and legal requirements.

3. Liaise with external consultants, partners, and government authorities.

4. Regularly review internal controls and procedures, and recommend or implement measures to ensure their effectiveness and compliance with legal and corporate requirements.

5. Participate in the implementation of processes and the ongoing maintenance of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, as well as in the development of procedures and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

6. Provide ongoing support for accounting and finance as required by the director and corporate headquarters.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationship and exercise sound business judgment.

• Have strong communication skills at all levels and be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
