Finance Manager

A MNC within the FMCG sector is seeking a Finance Manager to lead their Vietnam Finance team. Description * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business partners, and suppliers to streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and support company-wide initiatives. * Prepare and analyze financial statements/models, budgets, and forecasts to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes for the BOD. * Oversee financial closing procedures, including the preparation and support of accruals/provisions as necessary. Timely preparation and clear submission of monthly actual performance. * Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster their professional development. * Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards and controls. * Act as a key liaison to internal and external auditors.
