Finance Manager

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial operations and planning for the Vietnam business unit. Description As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include: * Managing the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. * Ensuring compliance with local regulations and accounting standards. * Developing financial strategies to support organizational goals. * Analyzing financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement. * Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations. * Preparing comprehensive financial reports and analysis for senior management and regional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: * Over 10 years of progressive experience in finance, ideally within manufacturing or multinational corporate environments. * Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting financial insights to senior leadership. * Demonstrated expertise in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and FP&A. * Solid hands-on experience with IFRS and US GAAP, along with a strong understanding of financial regulations. * Proficient in ERP and financial systems, with a focus on process efficiency and data accuracy. * Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams. * In-depth knowledge of local financial regulations and tax compliance requirements. * Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong track record of identifying and resolving financial challenges.
