Finance Manager cum Chief Accountant is responsable for the financial health of the Company, creating accurate data analysis and advise Hanoia’s BOD on profit-maximizing ideas to ensure long-term success and overseeing all accounting activities.
* JOB FUNCTION:
1. Finance Manager function:
- Be responsible with the Board of Directors to build Business Models, Finance Models of Hanoia.
- Responsible for business plan, capable of evaluating sales plans and production cost plans, on new projects of Hanoia.
- Responsible for analyzing indicators on financial statements, sales, cost, ...
- Responsible for Risk management, procedures control and policies
2. Chief Accountant function:
- Be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities and make sure they comply with law requirements and Management Accounting Report, serving the management part of Hanoia.
* JOB DESCRIPTION:
A. Finance Manager function:
1. Business Models and Finance Models
• Be responsible with the Board of Directors to build Business Models, Finance Models of Hanoia
• Deploy financial models to deliver results and recommendations on financial metrics in action plans to the board of directors and departments
2. Budget Management
• Build up Company’s annual budget
• Follow and manage the budget and actual situation
3. Finance report
• Make and analyze reports, periodically update business performance evaluation indicators; analyze indicators on financial statements, sales, cost, ... while recommending further courses of action
• Timely give recommendations and suggestions so that the Board of Management and departments have a realistic view of the performance results to identify areas for potential improvement and have an appropriate action plan
• Perform annual audits of financial statements
4. Business Plan and Project Assessment
• Responsible for business plan, capable of evaluating sales plans and production cost plans, on new projects of Hanoia.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
• Analyze revenue and cost to recommend the sale prospect and cost optimization solution to management
5. Risk management and procedures control
• Control information and financial risks in business operation processes
• Process management: providing (i) financial regulations (ii) inspection and control regulations to ensure that information and finance management in the organization is unified, transparent and secure.
• Review fluctuations or suggestions affecting business costs
6. Policies development
• Establish and maintain policy based on financial aspects
• Formulate and calculate pricing policy to match the company's financial structure and market realities
• Building norms and approval framework for expenditures at Enterprises
B. Chief Accountant function
1. Accounts management
• Sales management: check contracts, PO, inventory bills, sales forecast, sales estimation, delivery bills…
• Cost control: approve based on financial policies, check and manage costs, find and solve unnormal costs and give advices
• Purchasing management: check contract, check and approve purchasing request
• Inventory management: Review reports, Analyze gross profit, Analyze and detect abnormal cases and make timely adjustment policies
• Asset/ cash control: Review reports, Cash flow forecast, Plan and implement procedures to handle cash flow of the enterprise (loan contract, business cooperation, explanatory report ...)
• Accounts control (payable and receivables): Review reports, Analyze and detect abnormal cases and make timely adjustment policies
• Responsible for Management Accounting Report, serving the management part of Hanoia.
2. Tax and related govermental policies compliance
• Responsible for checking and handling transactions with tax authorities
• Finalization of PIT and CIT at the end of the year- Responsible for the inspection and settlement with the Tax Agency
• Ensure proper and professional implementation with tax authorities
• Updating regulations and new requirements of tax authorities
• Process the work and information required by the tax authorities
• Handle and ensure the legal obligations of the Enterprise with the authorities, ministries, and sectors: Statistics, Department of Planning and Investment...
3. Auditing
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations

- Major: Finance, Accounting, Audit or related fields
- Knowledge:
+ Knowledge in Finance and Accounting area in retail industry
+ Understanding of data privacy
+ Deep understanding of business principles and practices
- Skills:

- Experience: 3 years’ working in Luxury Goods retail.
