Finance Manager - Fast Growing Hospitality Brand

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring effective financial management and strategic planning. This role requires strong expertise in accounting and finance within the leisure, travel, and tourism industry. Description As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include: * Lead all financial management activities across The Company's properties and the corporate office. * Collaborate with the CEO and Director of Development on growth strategies, investment decisions, and capital planning. * Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning (5-10 year horizons). * Align financial strategy with brand positioning and development pipeline. * Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with local regulations and group standards. * Analyse financial performance and deliver insights to support strategic decision-making. * Maintain strong internal controls, cash management, and fund allocation processes. * Oversee annual audits and ensure prompt implementation of audit recommendations. * Lead centralised procurement and contract management, negotiating supplier agreements and identifying cost-saving opportunities. * Monitor operational performance using benchmarking tools (STR, HotStats, KPIs) and maintain GOPPAR index ≥ 120%. * Manage financial, tax, and audit compliance, and establish governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability. * Oversee Finance, Procurement, and IT teams, driving digital transformation and supporting cross-functional collaboration. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: * Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred. * 10+ years in financial leadership, with 5+ years at senior or multi-property level. * Hospitality or service industry experience strongly preferred. * Proven track record in profitability, systems implementation, and cost control. * Experienced in working with tax authorities, auditors, and asset owners. * Fluent in English and Vietnamese; skilled in financial software and MS Office.
