Finance Manager (with HR and Logistic)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enterprising and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial operation while also managing Human Resources and logistic functions. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring financial efficiency, regulatory compliance, optimizing HR policies, and streaming logistics to support our mission in driving sustainability in the textile and fashion industries.

The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, organizational skills, and a people-focused approach to help drive Nextevo’s goals for sustainability and impact.

This position reports to the Founder and CEO of Nextevo.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting

• Develop and oversee the financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting for decision-making.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with company requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax and regulations.

• Optimize cost structures and monitor cash flows to support business growth

• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial data.

• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with local regulatory standards. Implement internal controls to minimize financial risks.

• ERP System : Manage and take ownership on the system to ensure its effectiveness.

HR Management

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee management to build a motivated team

• Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with the Vietnamese labor laws

• Lead performance evaluation processes and recommend training programs to improve employee efficiency.

• Foster a positive work environment aligned with Nextevo’ culture and values

• Health and Safety: Ensure the office complies with local health and safety regulations and implement policies to ensure employee well-being.

Logistics:

• Manage logistics operation, focusing on air & sea freight to meet business requirements

• Oversee import/export procedures, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese regulations and minimizing delays

• Optimize freight and shipping cost to improve supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree, CPA, or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance management, with some exposure to HR and logistic (air/sea freight and import/export)

• Skills:

o Financial Expertise: Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Experience with ERP systems or finance software is a plus.

o HR Acumen: Knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.

o Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with an attention to detail.

o Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and support a positive workplace culture.

o Language: Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is preferred.
