What We Can Offer
• Perform full set General Ledger function including preparation of month-end closing reports, bank reconciliation, and financial reports and analysis. To ensure the accounting records comply with Vietnam accounting standards.
• Preparation of monthly sales and financial management reports as well as review of OEM project reports.
• Operations Support function including quotation, issuance and processing of sales/purchase orders, tax invoices and arranging goods delivery/shipment, when necessary. Import invoices into government system.
• Ensure sales, purchase and accounting records including logistics documents are supported with full documentations and properly filed.
• Preparation of monthly VAT and corporate tax reports, if any, for government submission. Assist on year-end audit requirements and liaise with auditors, tax agents or government agencies, when necessary.
• Weekly AR Reports & any other reports request by manager in charge.
• Support in logistics documentation.
• Adhoc accounts monitoring and other duties as and when required.
• Any other adhoc job given by manager.
• At least 3 years' experience in accounting.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Must have knowledge in account & sales.
• Priority given to candidates with experience.
