Finance & Operation Manager

COMPANY INTRODUCTION:

We are one of the leading European dairy companies, serving both consumers and food professionals worldwide. As part of our regional expansion, we have recently established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam.

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and committed Finance & Operation Manager who is eager to grow with us from an early stage of development. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a lean, cross-functional team and take ownership in shaping the foundation of our Vietnam operations.

Finance & Accounting Oversight (with 3rd-party accounting firm):

• Supervise daily accounting operations: AR, AP, GL, payroll, tax compliance.

• Coordinate order-to-cash and procurement-to-pay processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate tax declaration and compliance..

• Monitor cash flow, forecast budgeting, support margin & cost analysis.

• Ensure timely monthly financial reports and consolidated reports for HQ.

Operations & Supply Chain Support:

• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end operations cycle: demand forecast → importation → inventory → delivery.

• Manage procurement of products from internal group factories (group purchasing).

• Oversee outsourced logistics partners to optimize cost and efficiency.

• Develop and implement internal SOPs, reports, and templates for finance and operations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain).

• Manage projects to meet business targets within budget and timeline.

Reporting Line:

• Reports directly to the Managing Director (Vietnam).

• Dotted-line reporting to Group Finance & Accounting (Headquarters).

Qualifications:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA certified.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.

• At least 5 years in a chief accountant or senior finance leadership role.

• Experience in both finance and basic operations/logistics is a plus.

• Experience working with SAP and in international companies is highly. valued.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, planning, and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
