Finance Project Associate Temporary contract

General Information Job Title : Finance Project Associate Division : Finance Department : Financial Planning Location : Ho Chi Minh Report to : Assistant Project Manager (APM) No. of subordinates : N/A I. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Project Management (85%): • Maintaining the finance-related project through the inputs from the APM • Work with project team to handle project issues as needed • Track projects performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals • Coordinate internal resources and third vendors to follow up and solve issues relate to SVFC Core and other systems • Supports Finance Project team in gathering information for project updates • Keeps track of project deliverables and milestones and ensures deadlines for Finance Project team are met • Implement and Coordinate the implementation of Project including testing status, report verification, issue investigating, communications, logistical support and other tasks 2. Other functions (15%): • Be assigned by APM to Involve in Finance testing related to Auto-generated GL entries in system, regulatory reporting logic and data process as expected requirements • Other ad hoc project being allocated by APM (if any)

II. Job Requirements 1. Qualification • University graduate major in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Statistics. • Hold relevant Accounting/Finance or Project management certifications is a plus. 2. Work Experience • At least 1 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Project management. • Experience in delivering group financial/managerial reports. • Practical experience in a business-driven culture and multi-national corporations is an advantage 3. Knowledge • Familiar with accounting systems and processes. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Expertise in SAS, analysis tools is a plus. • Understanding of banking/consumer finance industry is an advantage. 4. Skills • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese. • Good financial and business acumen. • Ability to work under pressure, agile to changes. • Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
