Finance Senior Staff (Hải Phòng, Quảng Ninh)

Position Objective:

• Readiness accounting system for mass production in 2025.

• Fulfill inquiries of internal control and accounting regium in local standard and Autoliv Financial.

• Take back the ownership of accounting administration from outsource company by end of May 2024.

Position Scope:

• Accounting Journal Entries

• Financial Analysis

Tasks/ Responsibilities: (Main Activities)

• Accounting operational (Journal entry, payment process, tax declaration…)

• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accuracy of financial statements.

• Prepare Financial reports (Local GAAP / US GAAP) and other ad-hoc reports as assigned.

• Laise with auditor for audited financial statements.

• Laise with Local Authority for local required reporting.

• Conduct rolling forecast and analysis actual vs. budget on reporting periods.

• Implement JDE Financial Module.

Key Selection Criteria/ Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting & Finance

• English business level

• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance fields

• Prefer experience in manufacturing companies.

• Well knowledge in VAS/IFRS/US GAAP.

• Advanced computer skill (VBA, Power Query)

• Experience in ERP ORACLE system is preferable.
