POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Bookkeeping & Ensures accurate of recording and reporting all accounting transactions.
Preparation of tax compliance and filling, account reconciliations, periodical physical inventory, fixed assets tracking, monthly closings involve.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
--Bookkeeping & Monitoring Account Receivable, Account Payable: summary & prepare payment forecast, payment request by weekly basic.
--Inventory physical count, manage fixed asset of company
--Weekly production & inventory report
--Spending & Variance analysis
--Other work assigned by manager

REQUIREMENTS:
Educational & Experience:
- Bachelor degree with 0-1 years working experiences in related field of Finance, Accounting.
Skill & Competency:
- Financial & Accounting, Tax knowledge
- Good knowledge of ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics Nav would be preferable
- Computer literate, MS Excel-Access
- Good in English
- Nationality: Vietnamese
- Communicate, teamwork.
