Finance Staff

JOB SUMMARY

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Finance Senior will be in charge of the finance and accounting jobs for Bac Ninh and support Japan factory in the first step. Finance senior will onsite in Bac Ninh factory and report to Finance Assistant Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Deputy ERP Leader :

- Support set up and build data, core master, core logic of ERP system.

- Assist in implementing ERP across all procedures and daily operations in Vietnam.

- Support review ERP closing jobs monthly and yearly to ensure accurate monthly and annual financial activities and reporting focusing on product costing, cost and variance analysis as well as preparation of operational key success factors

- Review accounting activities like costs booking, invoices, payables, and receivables with accounting team.

- Handle additional tasks related to ERP systems as assigned..

Finance :

- Perform daily operation activities. Ensure document checking for inbound cost. Managing inventory including system and physical count.

- Management of cost reporting and cost management including standard costing within Vietnam reporting as well as product costing based on the groups’ standard calculation format.

- Work closely with all department to verify data, monitor, control and plan inventories of raw material, consumables, and indirect materials to control and improve consumption costs.

- Controlling scrap rate, loss rate, BOM of product goods in the field of Wood, Corrugated, extrusion and Thermoforming in house.

- Prepair of product calculations for feasibility analysis as well as pricing purposes.

- Checking and controlling the actual manufacturing processes, ensuring the costing system reflecting actual manufacturing situation

Controlling job:

- Analyze, and evaluate compliance control results to identify issues and propose solutions to minimize violations, prevent non-compliance, and enhance overall adherence.

- Develop and improve processes, internal policies related to the assigned area, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and adherence to the company's rules and policies.

- Execute other tasks assigned by the Finance Assistant Manager.

EDUCATION : University degree in Finance and Accounting / Economy.

Comprehensive understanding on finance & accounting.

EXPERIENCE:

- 2-4 years’ experience in the same role.

- Experience in auditing and accounting is a plus.

- Big 4 Audit Firms candidates would be an advantage.

- CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA member or candidate is preferable.

LANGUAGES : Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES:

- IT skills in Windows, Excel, Word compulsory. Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is a plus.

- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.

- Good analytical skills.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- Integrity, proactive, organized, good interpersonal skills
