Finance Staff (Financial Analyst)

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Overview:

- Consolidating and analyzing financial data, considering company’s goals and financial standing

- Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance

- Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the preparation of financial analysis reports for internal reviews and decisionmaking.

- Assist in tracking project capex, ensuring expenditures stay within approved budgets.

- Checking order requests from departments.

- Collect and consolidate data from various teams for budgeting and forecasting.

- Help prepare variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and provide initial comments.

- Maintain financial spreadsheets and databases, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

- Assist in building financial models, cost control templates, and internal reports.

- Support process improvement initiatives within the finance and accounting team.

- Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller

Experience:

- Experience with capex tracking, budgeting, or cost control is highly preferred.

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or external auditor at an audit firm.

Skills/personal qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong Excel skills are a must (SAP Skill is preferred)

• Good attention to detail, organized, and responsibility.

• Willing to learn, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks under supervision.

• Positive working attitude and good communication skills.

• Basic English for reading reports and communication is a plus

Education and Certifications

- University graduate, majoring in Finance or related field
