Finance Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze and create financial models related to profit contribution by products for decision support.

- Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans, could then recommend actions to improve product profitability.

- Prepare the analysis of new product or changing in product portfolio, cooperate with business team to ensure the profitability and sustainability of products before introducing to the market.

- Well cooperate with other departments and actively involve in discussion with other departments in business results improvement.

- Keep senior management well-updated on business results and initiatives.

- Handle other tasks assigned by Line Manager

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting or related majors

- Minimum 4-year working experience (for Supervisor level) and 2-year (for non-senior level) in Banking - Finance, Consumer Finance

- Strong analytical skill and business acumen

- Ability to use SQL and work with data warehouse

- Fluent in Microsoft Office

- Fluent in English communication is a must
