Financial Accountant

Salary Range: Negotiable (based on experience & skills)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for daily financial accounting, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.

2. Understand the labor law, handle employees' labor contracts, pay salaries and social security on time.

3. Review and verify original documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

4. Handle tax filing, invoice management, and communication with tax authorities.

5. Reconcile accounts receivable/payable and assist in cost accounting & expense control.

6. Participate in budget preparation and financial analysis, providing actionable insights.

7. Support audits, annual inspections, and other financial tasks as required.

8. Complete other finance and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

3. Skills:

- Be able to communicate in English. Be able to communicate in both English and Chinese are preferred.

- Solid knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations; proficient in financial software (e.g., Kingdee) and Excel.

- Holding an “Accounting Professional Certificate (Primary)”; candidates with “Intermediate Accounting Certificate” are preferred.

4. Competencies:

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication/teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently on financial reporting and tax compliance.
