Mô Tả Công Việc

This person who actively promotes investments with other companies mainly.
If we have chances, establishment of joint ventures, business due diligence of M&A.
Under the supervision of head of corporate planning, specifically responsible for the following tasks
• List companies that have the possibility of an investment
- We target not only our core business, HR business but also HR related business
- A list of companies that we believe will lead to business expansion
• Research & analyze on investment candidate companies and market situation
- Research & analyze of investment candidate companies listed and research of relevant markets etc.
- Selection of prospective companies for investments with detail research & analysis
• Making various materials & documents
- Proposal materials to investment candidate companies with detail research & analysis
- Preparation of internal materials aimed at getting approval from
- Head of Corporate Planning and the directors team etc.
• Negotiation with investment candidate companies
- Meet candidate investment companies, evaluate of those
- Negotiate on investment conditions and conclude the contract
- Proceed with the project by collaborating with other departments
- In the case of large-scale projects, due diligence is implemented involving internal and external stakeholders
• Initial operation after the investment
Bridge with other departments to realize smooth business synergy and organization synergy after the investment

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

・3 years+ experienced in negotiating with client in B to B business
・5 years+ experienced in M&A Procedure and Process Proficiency
・5 years+ experienced in Research & data analysis ability with logical thinking
・Person works for a consulting company or is working project planning is a plus
・Excellent communications and interpersonal skill
・Details Oriented
・Time management skills
・Good at English, especially reading & writing
・Document preparation ability with Excel & Powerpoint
