Mô Tả Công Việc
As part of the Capital Management team of the Finance department, the Financial Analyst will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Liaise with Finance manager and the internal Finance team for budgeting process, including subsidiaries’ budgeting & funding monitoring and execution.
- Coordinate with the Group’s subsidiaries for budget/business plan preparation, review, analysis on a weekly/monthly/annual basis.
- Monitor and support subsidiaries to drive actual performance vs LY, Budget, Forecast, KPIs through various analysis. Identify key variances and underlying reasons/root cause.
- Consolidate, compare and analyze historical performance with annual budgets and business plans to report to management team.
Investment:
- Support Finance manager with any capital raising or private transactions of the Group and Group’s subsidiaries.
- Prepare investment materials, including but not limited to, investor brief, investment teasers, information memorandum, company reports, etc. as requested by shareholders, investors, management.
- Conduct financial valuation, and market research and monitoring of the subsidiaries and the Group as a whole.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager on a deal-by-deal basis.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related fields.
- Prior experience in FP&A and/or Investment role.
- Broad knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong fundamentals in financial statement analysis, including key operational metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
