** Main tasks and key responsibilities
• Reporting to the Managing Director & Regional Business Controller.
• Oversees and support business units with Finance functions such as General Ledger Management, Account Receivables and Account Payables.
• Drive productivity, standardization and scalability and develop best practice processes and SOPs.
• Prepare, analyze and examine accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy and compliance to SOP.
• Monitors and reports all accounting cycle – full P&L, balance sheet accounting, etc.
• Work closely to Regional and Group Finance (based in Denmark) and SGL stakeholders to ensure company’s best accounting practices.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Candidate must possess a Professional License in Finance/Accounting (CPA) with proven track record in similar role with experience in the above responsibilities.
• At least 10 years of related work experience is required in this field.
• 5 years of managerial role specialized in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of the accounting processes.
• Able to converse and write English at a high-level fluency (business negotiation level) High level of organization skills and strong attention to details.
• Quality oriented and ensure to always meet deadlines.
• Open to work in a busy, dynamic and culturally diverse working environment.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience with AS400 and D365FO is preferred but not a requirement.
