Financial Controller - Global MNC Manufacturing - Đồng Nai

As the Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in leading the Finance/Accounting & Compliance function to support the organization the in overseeing and driving the business operation success. We expect this role to be the finance advisor, strategist and charismatic leader.

Description

* Lead the finance/accounting team in managing daily financial operations across Vietnam and other countries.

* Supervise group reporting, budget and forecast preparation, business analysis, costing analysis and the development of internal controls.

* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cost analysis.

* Oversee compliance with tax and legal requirements, such as VAT and corporate tax, while managing cash positions and weekly forecasts.

* Streamline accounting systems and collaborate with auditors on risk control measures.

* Deliver financial insights to aid in decision-making.

* Manage additional tasks as assigned by the Regional CFO and Vietnam GM.

Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance ; CPA is preferable

* Minimum 7 years of experience in management roles or higher within multinational manufacturing companies

* Experience with ERP or SAP systems is a must

* In-depth knowledge of cross-border financial regulations, tax audit, treasury and cash flow management.

* Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
