Financial Manager - Australian Company In Binh Duong

• To ensure Rheem Vietnam’s accounting systems are organized in accordance with the Vietnam Law on Accounting.

• To ensure all the financial statements of the firm are in full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

• Ensure that all statutory and management accounts are prepared accurately and in a timely manner for all government and internal Rheem managed accounting. This will include being the key contact for Internal Audit and External Audit activities for Rheem Vietnam.

• Provide information as required to Australia and America

• Balance Sheet management including asset utilization management and working capital management

• Maintenance and reconciliation of bank accounts, standing journals, accruals and prepayments, leases to reflect monthly expenses.

• Review, Summaries and Posting Payroll journals

• Actively manage the business cash flow

• Review and verify Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Tender guarantee.

• Verify all supporting payment documents and make payment voucher and ensure all payments are made properly, legally and in a timely manner, and in line with company policies, purchase orders and company policies.

• Ensure the reconciliation &verification of vendor statements accounts periodically.

• Be responsible for all sales invoices and receivables

• Be responsible for advance payments to employees. All advance payments are booked, tracked and followed properly

• As a person who is in charge of petty cash of the company, this role must safeguard the cash of company in a highest standard possible

• Coordinate, record and control of all VAT-in and VAT-out transactions in a timely manner with accurate information. Periodically claim VAT from Department of Taxation.

• Contribution to effective management control of the business by establishing and maintaining appropriate information and reporting systems.

• Manage In-Country Banking relationships

• Co-ordinate, Collect, Collect and Submit information for Insurance Renewals & Claims Co-ordinating legal matters with top management approvals.

• Investigation of liabilities which contravenes policy, instructions, regulatory authority requirements, industrial awards, or provincial and federal laws.

• Working with IT Projects Manager on Finance Initiatives

• Support the profitable growth of the company by active participation in quality improvement processes, including the implementation and support of the ISO9001

• To act as liaison between Rheem Vietnam and all authorities

• Designated Chief Accountant Responsibilities

• University degree in Accounting, Finance

• Previous experience with SAP

• Possess Chief Accountant Certificate

• Minimum 10 years Finance management/leadership experience, preferable in manufacturing sector

• Knowledge and experience in VAS and IFRS

• Knowledge of all tax (CIT, PIT, VAT, Import tax etc.)

• Advanced English

• Advanced IT skills

• Sound administration, organization and computer literacy skills.

• An interest in developing & implementing organization development and culture change programs.

• A strong ability to relate to all levels from shop floor to senior management.

• Experience is manufacturing accounting/analysis.

• Sound interpersonal, influence, communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to set an objective, develop a plan and diligently implement.
