Job Description
Job Overview: Financial Reporting Manager/Assistant Manager’s main responsibilities are:
- Optimize the reporting process to provide timely and accurate financial data and insights into business performance to top management for decision making purposes
- Drive annual financial statements audits of all subsidiaries and the parent company to ensure audited reports are issued in a timely manner
- This position requires extensive knowledge of general accounting standards, high attention to details, critical and analytical mindset, and great organizational skills.
How will YOU contribute to the Team?
- Optimize and automate as much as possible the monthly financial reporting processes and reports by using necessary tools and/or platforms to ensure timely delivery of financial information
- Review monthly financial data of all entities in the Group to ensure the accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and present monthly management reports to the top management team for business performance insights that help the team to make timely business decisions
- Critically identify and timely communication to the top management team business issues and areas for improvements reflected through the financials
- Prepare monthly statutory consolidated financial statements to provide to external parties
- Lead annual external audits of financial statements of subsidiaries and the consolidated financial statements, work directly with auditors to address their queries and complete the audits
- Identify areas of improvement in the finance and accounting operations and suggest changes to improve work efficiency and effectiveness
- Support finance and accounting operations with other ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Auditing/Finance, Master’s degree or other professional qualifications are preferred
- 3-6 years of working experience in accounting/financial reporting/auditing
- Experienced in preparing consolidated financial statements
- Experienced in the digital media industry is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- International exposure and mindset are must-haves
- Excellent written and spoken English, able to structure communications in English clearly, confidently, and logically for daily work
- Strong computer skills, especially skilled at working with spreadsheets, experience with Power BI or other similar tools are preferred
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-growth environment
- Fast mover, take the lead to get things done and loves solving problems
- Flexible, willing to learn, and a can-do attitude are very important
- Hard-working, high integrity, responsible, and accountable
