Financial Service Officer

About the Role

As a Financial Service Officer, you will support our mortgage brokers throughout the entire loan application journey—from submission to settlement. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit loan applications to various lenders

• Communicate with clients, brokers, and lenders to gather required documentation and follow up on outstanding items

• Monitor and manage loan application progress to meet key deadlines

• Conduct credit checks and verify financial documents

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

• Ensure compliance with all lender policies and regulatory requirements

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)

• Prior experience in loan processing or the mortgage/finance industry is a strong advantage

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

• Strong communication and time management abilities

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively

• Familiarity with lender portals and CRM systems is a plus
