We are looking for a motivated Fire & Plumbing Engineer with about 4 years of professional experience to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, human-centered projects across Asia.

Role Overview

The Fire & Plumbing Engineer will be responsible for the design, coordination, and documentation of fire protection and plumbing systems within building projects. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and collaborate closely with architects, mechanical/electrical engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions that meet safety, performance, and sustainability requirements. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and good English communication skills for technical reporting and coordination with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, fire pumps, alarms) and plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sanitary).

• Perform calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection in line with codes and project requirements.

• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports in English.

• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international standards (NFPA, ASHRAE, ISO, local building codes).

• Coordinate closely with mechanical and electrical teams, as well as architects, to ensure integrated design solutions.

• Support site activities, including inspections, testing, and commissioning of fire & plumbing systems.

• Assist in contractor coordination and procurement by reviewing technical submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related discipline.

• 4 years of professional experience in plumbing and/or fire protection system design.

• Solid knowledge of fire protection and plumbing codes and standards (NFPA, ASHRAE, ISO, local codes).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design software.

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken), especially in technical documentation and team coordination.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and under project deadlines.
