Role: You will have an important role in CAPEX and depreciation running by ensuring clear understanding of CAPEX and depreciation monthly.
Duties on Fixed Assets Accountant will include but not limited to:
• Collecting the support document of new Investment project such as contracts, variation orders, amendment… then update the Investment plan and investment actual status
• Prepare the payment request and update payment plan for investment project
• Collecting all support document of fixed asset buying and running depreciation on time and also align with Tax law
• Together with General Accountant to run depreciation, long term prepaid and short term prepaid to make sure all kind of fixed asset cost are booked correctly
• Other task as requirement from Chief Accountant

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• University degree in Accounting/Finance
• In-depth knowledge of VAS and IFRS
• Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent verbal and written English
• Prior experience in the multinational environment is desired
• High professional standards and strong work ethic
• Ability to understand and contribute to realizing the strategic objectives of an organization
• Practical knowledge of main MS office tools, ERP systems, and accounting tools
Candidate Profile:
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
• Strong numeracy skills along with a logical and analytical mind
• Organised, detail oriented and a strategic thinker
• The ability to interpret and explain complex data is key with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
