FOB Garment Merchandiser (Mỹ Đình - Hà Nội)

Candidate can choose to apply to one or both of the following teams: 1. Sample Development Team

- Receive Tech pack, information from buyer, translate and give comments. - Working with the related department to make samples. - Translate sample comment from English to Vietnamese and review it with sample room before next sample making. - Arrange materials/ schedule for sampling as Proto, Fit, Test, SMS. - Control problem during sample development - Arrange testing following manual during development stage. - Other tasks will be discussed in more detail in the interview. 2. Purchasing Team

- Check Bill of Material and call out if any.

- Create/update the Order Status number for each season on system.

- Work with supplier to get price, ETD, CAD, test sample.

- Make and issue official PO sheet for fabric or accessory on system, then send to each supplier.

- Work with the supplier again if any fabric/accessory shortage, defect, fixing charge.

- Request to open L/C Application.

- Request to settle the payment before shipment.
