Food & Beverage Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage STREETS food & beverage enterprise operations, including all guest and tour services,

staffing, scheduling, and budgets.

• Maintain international food safety, hygiene, and facility standards.

• Control all expenses, including labor, food, beverage, utilities, purchasing, and inventory.

• Maximize average check, walk-in & our guest revenue.

• Manage on-site structured Trainee apprentice program.

• Complete all management reports & assignments as a key member of the leadership team.

Qualifications:

• College or University Degree.

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in restaurant and/or hotel.

• Demonstrated management skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office software.

Requirements:

• Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Live in or relocate to Hoi An at the start of employment; a one-time relocation expense provided.

• Must currently reside in Vietnam.

• 100% Non-smokers only.
