Food & Beverage Manager

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and other F&B outlets.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines.

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff.

• Conduct regular briefings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.

• Develop and manage F&B budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets.

• Monitor P&L, expenses, food & beverage cost, and inventory management.

• Implement sales strategies, promotions, and upselling initiatives to maximize revenue.

• Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning, pricing, and seasonal updates.

• Ensure consistency and quality of food and beverage offerings.

• Review guest feedback and implement improvements.

• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.

• Maintain strong guest engagement to build loyalty and repeat business.

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), occupational health, and hotel policies.

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience in 4-5 star hotels, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and cost management.

• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
