Footwear Development Engineer

* Job Summary:

We are looking for 3 proactive and tech-savvy engineers (1 Supervisor & 2 Head) to join our newly formed Tech Innovation team, focusing on sport shoe development. The ideal candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and improve prototypes, tooling, and production-ready samples using smart tools and innovative methods.

*Key Responsibilities:

Develop and improve prototypes and sample shoes using new materials, smart tools, jigs, and advanced methods.

Collaborate with ME, design, and production teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of designs.

Support mold/tooling development and propose improvements based on testing and feedback.

Prepare technical documents and present project updates clearly using English PowerPoint (PPT).

Assist in creating standard processes and share best practices within the team.

Contribute to building a technology-driven development environment.

* Working location: Factory in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park (Shuttle Bus: Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa, Ba Ria...)

* Requirements:

College/University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Footwear Technology or related field).

1–3 years of experience assembly in footwear development or mechanical/tooling engineering.

Experience with jigs, smart tools, or product development tooling is preferred.

Able to work cross-functionally and solve technical issues efficiently.

English skills required (especially for technical presentations using PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CAD or 3D software is a plus.
