Forwarding Document Staff

We are looking for a Documentation Staff – Forwarding to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling import/export documentation, coordinating with customers and carriers, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and paperwork.

Working place: Phu Nhuan Dist, HCMC

Working time: Monday – Friday: 08:00 -17:30

Salary range: VND 12 million -17 million.

Job Description

• Contact client/agent to gather shipment detail.

• Place the booking with airline, shipping line, co-loader.

• Prepare Shipping Instruction submitted to carriers/co-loader.

• Closely work with related parties (airline, shipping line, agent) to arrange the transport plan.

• Issue the BL/AWB, debit note/invoice to customers/overseas for each shipment.

• Trace shipments and update to customer & overseas partner.

• Check freight cost, transport cost with shipping lines, co-loaders, agent.

• Quote to overseas partners and internal sales team.

• Make the weekly/monthly data report of the shipping plan.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics/forwarding company

• Solid knowledge and experience in handling import-export documentation.

• Fast learner, able to work well under pressure.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
