Forwarding Manager

- Manage FWD team (AE/AI/SE/SI).

- Working with airlines/ shipping lines for all daily ad-hoc rate request.

- Enhance good relationship with airlines, shipping lines and other vendors to obtain better service and cost.

- SOP implementation for new & existing customer.

- Manage and ensure FWD team follow SOP, data’s right updated onto systems and timely.

- Co-ordinate and support sales team to develop biz.

- Co-ordinate and support OP onsite team to solve daily trouble.

- Attend business trip if any (WCA, meeting co-loaders, meeting customers, etc)"

- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in same position in a Logistics or International Freight Forwarding Company

- Having good relationship with Customs Offices, service providers and carriers (Air and Sea)

- Fluent in English

- Proficiency in computer (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

- Diligent, dedicated , highly motivated and can work under high pressure

- Having sense of responsibility, leadership, teamwork spirit

- Well understanding & experience of Import Export Finalization (Liquidation)
