Senior FP&A Manager would support preparing business plan and budget of company, assisting with the strategic planning and performance evaluation.
Job Description
• Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
• Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
• Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments.
• Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
• Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.
• Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis.
• Support in building up processes, policy for workstreams.
• Other tasks assigned by line Manager.
* Working time: 44 hours/week from Monday to Friday

• Requires bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, relevant Finance certifications: CPA, CFA, …
• Equivalent positions with at least 15 years of working experience in FP&A.
• Have experience in doing financial consolidate reports.
• Have experience in Tech/ Banking Finance/ Medical & Transportation.
• Priority experience in group companies, funding company or multi-international groups.
• Accomplished in engagement, partnership, and cross functional collaboration.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to persuade, influence and convince others. • Good command in both Vietnamese & English.
• High integrity and responsibility.
