FP&A Senior Analyst

Job overview:

- Act as a finance business partner to Marketing and Supply Chain supporting top-line growth and margin delivery.

- Provide clear, actionable insights on pricing, trade investments, promotions ROI, innovation pipeline, and channel/category P&L to guide commercial decision-making.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Financial Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Support line manager to work with Marketing & Supply Chain stakeholders to prepare detailed Annual Plan with key assumptions for both top-down and bottom-up budgets, and drive monthly rolling financial forecasting, ensuring forecasts are driven with clear inputs and business key assumptions.

• Assist in driving consistent process standardization and management across the business.

• Build and manage financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources.

• Support cash flow forecast models and manage working capital consolidation as required.

2. Budget Control:

• Analyze monthly actual financial results vs. the forecast, performing gap analysis with clear explanations of variances compared to forecast, Annual Operating Plan, and previous years to guide commercial decision-making.

• Closely monitor the monthly budget to ensure spending is on track with the approved budget, ensuring all variances against the budget are well explained and clearly presented with insights.

• Work with stakeholders to generate monthly, quarterly and fiscal year budget, by activities and nature of spending.

3. Financial Reporting: Provide ad-hoc analysis, materials, and financial support as requested for Board Meetings and other business needs.

• 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, preferably in FMCG, Retail or F&B companies.

• Strong in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven storytelling; advanced Excel skills, with working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, power Query, or equivalent).

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Auditing, or a related field.

• MBA or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA/CFA) is a plus.
