Mô Tả Công Việc
- Developing and maintaining the Fragrance Library by identifying its strengths and weaknesses.
- Give creative inputs and olfactive guidance to perfumers before developing a fragrance.
- Sharing knowledge on new market products, fragrance trends, olfactive analysis, new technologies with FE’s, perfumers, marketing, sales, and clients.
- Building up olfactive knowledge by studying constantly fine fragrances, raw materials, other consumer goods products.
- Informing weekly other Fragrance Evaluators about ongoing projects
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- Ensure that all information is available before starting the project (deadline, price, dosage, direction, legislation, base, and benchmark) and agree on modifications with Sales Department.
- Make sure to discuss and justify with Sales any timing changes.
- Decide the human and technical needs of the project.
- Make sure the brief is answered correctly
- Explain his/her olfactive choices to Sales, Marketing, Clients
- Supply feed-back to partners on fragrances developed but rejected by Sales or Clients.
FRAGRANCE MANAGEMENT
- Build a personal collection to ease the process of selection from the library and exchange it with other Fragrance Evaluators
- Analysis of local and global market and its evolution, in order to be pro-active.
- Participate in olfactive analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative fragrance development, candidates for benchmark testing, and innovative product forms.
- In addition, anticipate market tastes and work closely with marketing on proactive concept generation and new fragrance/product ideas.
- Ability to effectively interact with customers/consultants on olfactive expertise, brief requirements, technical matters, and other issues.

- Strong olfactive acuity and good knowledge of fragrance families and market types.
- A strong interest for Fragrance
- A creative thinker able to interpret client requirements and align them with market’s expectation
- Ability to manage multiple and complex evaluation projects, to respect deadlines and to guide perfumers.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
