- Technical support to customers by phone, email, messenger, and offline office visit
- Demonstrate how to use the program to clients
- Handle customer questions, requests, concerns, or problems and provide solution/alternatives
- Assist analyzing customer requirements, gathering information, updating functions
B. Admin support
- Communicate/translate between Korean managers and Vietnamese clients from/to English/Vietnamese
- Other necessary tasks which may be assigned by managers for business operation

-Understanding in freight forwarding work process
-Fluent English communication skills
-Experience working in freight forwarding operation positions
-Strong business communication skills
-Good command of using computer (website functions, MS Office)
-Active, motivated personality for troubleshooting, resolve conflict under pressure
