[Freight Forwarding] Senior Sales Manager (Open for Expats)

• Work closely with the pricing team to identify and target new customers with customized propositions.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Manage relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to expand their business with our company.

• Prepare quotes and proposals for current and prospective customers.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.

• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, with a preference for experience in the global logistics industry or air freight market.

• Strong understanding of air cargo sales and marketing principles.

• Proven track record of success in developing new business and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
